Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- To participate in the lucky draw, you must be a registered and approved member of the Ford Trade Club. Registration must be completed and approved online via https://www.fordtradeclub.com/registration/.
- Entry Requirements:
- To qualify for a draw entry, Ford Trade Club members must spend a minimum of R25,000 (excluding VAT) on Ford parts between November 1st, 2024, and December 20th, 2024.
- Each R25,000 increment (excluding VAT) spent on OE parts during the promotional period will grant one entry into the draw.
- Only purchases with valid Ford part numbers will be considered for entry qualification.
- VAT Verification:
- The VAT number provided during Ford Trade Club registration must match 100% with the VAT number used for all qualifying purchases via the Ford dealer. Any discrepancies will result in disqualification.
- Prizes:
- Prize value is fixed and cannot be exchanged for cash or electronic transfer.
- Entry Closing and Winner Announcement:
- Entries close at [16h00] on December 20th, 2024. Late entries will not be accepted.
- The winner will be announced by the end of January 2025, following the completion of the audit process. The winners will be notified via email and phone.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
